We all know it. Covid-19 has utterly obliterated the national supply of toilet paper. People can’t seem to get enough of it.

Still, if you’ve tried to purchase a package at your local grocery store or online recently, you know, only too well, how frustrating the experience can be.

I’m trying to be discrete here. But let’s say I have it on excellent authority (personal experience) following both a high-fat/low-carb diet as well as a low-fat/high carb diet, and the difference is astonishing.

Let’s just say that a ‘side benefit’ of removing fatty, greasy, heavily animal-based foods from your diet and replacing them with whole-plant foods (mostly raw) will do WONDERS for everything surrounding toilet duty.
Even hubby, who is not plant-based, noticed enough to TELL ME what a difference he is experiencing since I started feeding him a high-fiber beverage daily and preparing plant-based meals he enjoys
So, I’m just saying, if you want to conserve the toilet paper you already have, and make bathroom time less of a pain in the…you know what…give a whole-foods, plant-based diet a try. Even for a few days! Then let me know if you have the same experience we’ve had.
