The Coconut Oil Miracle has been in my Kindle library for several years now. I’m currently re-reading it, and I find so much valuable information in its pages that I thought I’d share it with my family, friends, and followers.

Have You Used Coconut Oil?

I’d love to hear about your experience, including this amazing oil in your diet and skincare routine. I use it as a natural moisturizer for my face and to soften dry, flaky areas on my feet and shins. I’ve seen rapid improvement in diminished dark “age” spots on my cheeks and significant improvements in my foot health. In the book, Dr. Fife issues a six-month challenge. He suggests consistently including coconut oil and other products (fresh coconut, unsweetened shredded dried coconut, recipes using coconut flour instead of wheat flour, etc.) in your daily routine for six months to see if you experience improvement in some of your conditions.
