Episode 2 in this live reading from The Golden Telescope features Chapter Two: Edward.
In Chapter Two, we are introduced to Arthur “Arty” the Mac Paidin family butler, as well as Sir Edward Mac Paidin, Jack’s grandfather. We meet Edward’s two estranged, adult daughters, and Jack’s aunts; Inez and Clara Mac Paidin. We watch as Edward’s evil daughters try to deceive their father into teaching them how to make and use the magical hats. When their manipulation doesn’t succeed, we observe the lengths they are willing to go to in order to try to convince him. In the end, we learn about the sisters’ nefarious actions and evil planss for the three, orphaned Mac Paidin children.
